Marco MacLeod
Marco MacLeod is building up Pictou West
Marco is a young rural business owner.
Marco MacLeod lives in Scotsburn on a seventh-generation family farm where he runs his own sawmill and helps harvest crops.
Prior to owning his small business, Marco worked as a flight instructor. He then returned to his education and went on to become a process engineer and manager for Michelin.
Marco has a Diploma in Aviation Technology from the Moncton Flight College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University.
Marco volunteers for grassroots organizations and youth sports in his community.
As an MLA Marco will continue Karla MacFarlane’s work of standing up for the residents of Pictou West. He will be a strong voice for working Nova Scotians at the government table.
